Wow sočan i preukusan kolač od čokolade i višanja. Iskoristila sam mliječnu čokoladu jer mi se otopila u autu na prošlotjednom ludo – pretoplom vremenu. Stvarno je bio pun pogodak za gledanje utakmice Hrvatska – Ukrajina. Napravite ga i vi za slijedeći vikend, opet najavljuju toplo vrijeme pa se može i zaroštiljati.

| Kako pripremiti?
Otopiti čokoladu i maslac. Stavite 1 cm vode u lonac da se grije. U vatrostalnu zdjelu koja odgovara loncu natrgajte čokoladu i stavite maslac, te stavite zdjelu da se grije na loncu ali tako da ne dodiruje površinu vode. Pustite da se čokolada otopi na pari. Upalite pećnicu da se grije na 180°C. U drugoj posudi miksajte jaja sa šećerom i solju dok ne posvijetli . Dodajte čokoladu te dobro izmiksajte. Dodajte brašno i prašak za pecivo te izmiješajte. Izlijte u prethodno namašćen kalup (25×35 cm) te rasporedite višnje po površini. Pecite 30 do 40 minuta dok vam sredina ne bude pečena (ne smije vibrirati površina ako malo zaljuljate). Poslužite ohlađeno. |

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the middle stops to vibrate when shaken. Serve cold. |
