Prijateljica mi je za ručak napravila super zdravu verziju umaka pesto, ali od brokule. Umak je bio nevjerojatno fin, ako volite brokulu kao i ja, još uz dodatak češnjaka, jelo će vas oduševiti. Recept slijedi u nastavku.
Sastojci za pesto:
180 g brokule
100 g maslinova ulja
50 g badema
režanj češnjaka
40 g naribanog parmezana
1 šaka svježeg peršinova lista
5 žlica tople vode
pola žličice himalajske soli
malo sitnog papra
300 g tjestenine po izboru
Brokulu skuhati na pari 3 minute. Prebaciti je u blender ili posudu za miksanje štapnim mikserom. Dodati preostale sastojke (osim tjestenine) te usitniti. Tjesteninu skuhati po uputi s pakiranja i dodati vruću u blago ohlađeni umak. Sve izmiješati i poslužiti toplo.
Friend of mine made me a super healthy version of pesto sauce for lunch one day, but instead of basil she made it from broccoli. If you like to eat broccoli, with addition of garlic, this sauce will blow you of your feet.
Ingredients:
180 g broccoli
100 g olive oil
50 g almonds
One clove of garlic
40 g grated parmesan
1 handful of parsley
5 spoons of warm water
½ tea spoon of Himalayan salt
Freshly ground pepper
300 g pasta
Cook broccoli on steam for 3 minutes. Add it to the blender and add all other ingredients (except of the pasta) and mix it. Cook the pasta as written on the pack. Add cooked pasta to the warm sauce and stir it nicely. Serve warm.
