Naslov govori da ćete ovo napraviti jednostavno i brzo. Nastavljam niz brzih recepata jer ljeti nemamo vremena biti cijeli dan u kuhinji. Ovi muffini dobri su i za djecu i bebe (ako jedu JAJA). Odlični su kao doručak ili za užinu.
This muffins are easy and fast to make, and with this recipe I am following a series of easy summer recipes. They are great for your kids or babies (if they are eating EGGS). Try them for breakfast or as a snack.

1 šalica bijelog brašna 1 naribana jabuka 1 jaje Malo cimeta 70 ml maslinovog ulja 1 dcl jogurta ili kefira 2 žlice smeđeg šećera Prstohvat soli |

| Kako ih napraviti?
Uključite pećnicu da se grije na 180°C. U zdjeli vilicom lagano istucite jaje sa šećerom. Dodajte cimet i sol te naribanu jabuku. Umiješajte ulje i jogurt/kefir te dodajte brašno te sve sjedinite. Pripremite Kalup za muffine i 7 ili 8 papirnatih kalupića. Rasporedite smjesu u kalupiće te stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu da se peku. Pecite 20ak minuta dok vilica zabodena u jedan muffin ne izlazi čista. Poslužite tople ili hladne. Dobar tek! |
How to make them?
Turn on the oven at 180°C. In a big bawl, beat the egg with sugar, using a fork. Add cinamon and apple, stir a little. Add in liquid ingredients and the flour and mix until combined. Prepare a muffin tray with 7 or 8 paper muffin cups. Arrange the mixture equally to all cups and put them to preheated oven to bake. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the fork, stab into the muffin, comes out clear. Serve warm or cold. Good appetite. |
