Keksi za bebe/ Baby cookies #2

U slijedu isprobavanja i smišljanja recepata za kekse za mog Mateja, došla je na red ribana jabuka. Ovi keksići su mi čak ukusniji nego oni prvi (http://deliciouswithdora.com/baby-keksici-baby-cookies/). Jednostavni su i brzi za napraviti, a sigurno bolji nego bilo koji kupovni!

 

 

I am thinking about new recipes for baby cookies every day. I have decided to try to make ones with grated apple, and I must say they came up really delicious, even better than my previous ones (http://deliciouswithdora.com/baby-keksici-baby-cookies/). They are easy to make, and definitely better than any buyable ones.

 

Potrebni sastojci:

100 g otopljenog maslaca

60 g zobenih pahuljica

140 g naribane jabuke (Fuji)

200 g brašna

Na vrh žličice cimeta

Ingredients:

100 g melted butter

60 g oat flackes

140 g grated apple (Fuji)

200 g plain flour

Top of tea-spoon of cinamon

Kako ih napraviti?

U otopljeni maslac stavite zobene pahuljice da malo nabubre. Za to vrijeme ogulite i naribajte jabuku. Pomiješajte jabuku s maslacem i zobenim pahuljicama, dodajte cimet, te polako kuhačom umješavajte brašno. Zamijesite kuglu tijesta. Bit će meko, ali svi sastojci moraju biti povezani. Ostavite u hladnjaku na 10 minuta (za to vrijeme operite suđe ;)). Upalite pećnicu da se grije na 180°C s ventilatorom. Ako nemate ventilator, stavite na 185°C.

Od tijesta oblikujte diskove ili štapiće, složite ih na papirom za pečenje obložen kalup te stavite peći u zagrijanu pećnicu 20 do 25 minuta. Povremeno ih dodirnite, ako su mekani u sredini, još ih pecite.

Ohladite te čuvajte u hermetički zatvorenoj kutiji. Sameljite i koristite u voćnim, povrtnim i mesnim kašicama.

How to make them?

Put the oat flackes in the butter to rest until you peel and grate an apple. Stir butter with oat flackes with the apple. Add cinamon and flour. Knead the dough until smooth. It will remain soft.

Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes in the fridge (wash the dishes in the meantime ;)). Turn on the oven at 180°C, fan. If you do not have this option, put it to heat at 185°C.

Take out the dough, cover the baking tray with baking paper and make discs or sticks out of it. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Check if they are done by touching the middle. If it is soft, bake for little longer.

Cool them and store in airtight box. Grind them and use in fruit, vegetable or meat porridge.
